Dela We Are is an annual collaborative beer brewed to support the Delaware Brewers Guild. This year we brewed our biggest beer yet, a 12% ABV Belgian inspired Imperial Stout brewed with Delaware malt and aged on cacao nibs.

In a nod to the great history of Middletown. Dead Poets IPA lets you sound your barbaric yawp over the rooftops of the world. Brewed with Pilsner and Wheat malt, hopped with Denali and Huell Melon and dry-hopped with Huell Melon and Citra. 10% of all Dead Poets pint sales are donated to the Everett Theater.

A Raspberry Gose brewed with a new yeast developed by the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Brewed with pilsner and wheat, a touch of salt, and a load of fresh raspberry puree. A throwback to our first sour brewed at VBC.

A few flashes of light, a puff of smoke and something new emerges from the brew lab! 'Mad Science Notes' is our new Double IPA born from a pinch of Science Notes and a dash of Stupid Money for a hoppy, aromatic, and dry beer.

A traditional German ale brewed with equal parts wheat and pilsner malt. Very light, very smooth, and very drinkable. The German yeast adds subtle notes of banana and clove without overpowering this cool weather quaffer.

Traditional lager brewed for the changing seasons. Light lager with the bright citrusy hops of Sorachi and Lemondrop and a touch of fall warmth from local Blackbird Creek Apiary Honey.

Brewed every Oct since 2017, we use 100 pounds of fresh, roasted autumn buckskin pumpkins grown in the fields of Filasky farms just off Bunker Hill Rd and local, artisan pie spice from Asabasa Spice Co. This ale requires a little extra elbow grease but it’s uniquely Middletown and it’s only available for a limited time.

Welcome to the jungle! This Pale Ale is hopped with whole leaf Chinook hops homegrown and harvested by VBC’s Darryl & Ginnie! Their hop bines climbed so high and wide that they engulfed the front porch and walkway challenging even the most dedicated delivery person and threatening to overtake their home…all for you!

A holiday blended saison brewed with corriander, orange peel, and a splash of cranberry! "The most enduring traditions of the season are best enjoyed in the warm embrace of kith and kin"...and a 8.5% saison!
